Pain while peeing

Hi can anyone help me rn? So I woke up today having pain down there (I figured it was because I was supposed to start my period and I often feel sore down there when I do) so I went to the bathroom and did my business but it was painful to pee and the pain was near the clit are (sorry if this is a little too much) but then I went to wipe and found some blood and believe I’m spotting. So now I’m confused on why I feel pain in that area?, why I’m spotting? but also why I’m not starting my period which was supposed to be today.

Disclaimer I didn’t have sex but me and my boyfriend did do some things, and I thought the whole “pain while peeing” was a thing that happened after intercourse and you didn’t use the bathroom right after. So can someone please explain what’s going on?
