Workout membership
Sooo I'm struggling with my weight loss journey and i need help, like a trainer. I found a trainer who does group sessions at his gym for men and women. workout session that's 3x a week,one hour a session from the 7/27-8/21 cardio/weight training for $175 is that a waste of money? I believe in investing in myself but I just wanted to know is that ridiculously too much for those of you who are on this journey as well.
