Leg pain?

I’m 16 weeks pregnant and have this aching growing pain in one leg everyday that’s moving up to my hip. Should I be concerned?

Just make sure there’s no swelling and all should be fine I had leg pain in my calf’s and they had to check me for a blood clot xx
