Have anyone experienced that pain?

I'm a bit worried about my belly pain, it's not constantly aching but when I woke up and I touched the belly it feels like  I have bruises all over it from the inside... Every time I touch it the bruise pain is there... Have anyone experienced that pain and should I be worried about it? I'm 15 weeks 4 days

I've googled that and it seems to be some part of stretching and all of that processes to make a space for the growing baby, thank you for your answers

I'm experiencing pain right now like cramping feeling in just laying on my left side in balled up

I've had some dull cramping mostly when I wake up . My dr said its from my organs needing to make space for the baby. 
Talk to your doctor, it'll help your concerns.
