Healing

1 year ago I fell into a deep depression. I was in a toxic relationship that made me hate myself. The things I would be told were awful, so I thought maybe physical pain would be better than the mental abuse. I left the relationship but the scars stayed. I finally got my tattoo that I wanted. The compass with the mountain(chief mountain in Babb MT) will always lead me home with my Indian name that was passed down to me from my aunty(Beautiful Mountain Woman). Finally something beautiful to cover my ugly past 💕
