Symptoms still haven't returned ??

Hiya !! I'm 9 weeks 4 days ( lmp ) I had a scan at 7 weeks 2 days seen baby and heartbeat yet for just over a week all my symptoms have gone and I no longer feel pregnant I've had no bleeding or anything like that but I'm still really worried anybody else experienced this ? I did say to the midwife my symptoms had gone and I hadn't had any sickness but she said it can come and go but it's gone and never returned 😭
