Preaclampsia? Any healthy mamas deal with it?

Hi everyone I just delivered my little girl on July 25th. Super healthy pregnancy but blood pressure was a little high toward the end. Now postpartum had a couple a little higher than normal. No symptoms otherwise doc just told me to keep an eye on it. Any mamas have experience or reasons why they had higher blood pressure?

I had severe preeclampsia out of nowhere and delivered my girl a month early via emergency c section. Then I had severe post eclampsia, was in the hospital a week, had 8 blood transfusions and lost my vision until she was nearly 3 months old. It’s fully returned and I’m pregnant again 5 months PP. I’m a bit nervous but just rolling with it.

With my first I delivered early bc of blood pressure. My pressure stayed a little high for a week or so after delivery. My second I had good blood pressure until after delivery and then it got high. Not too bad but high enough they almost kept me in the hospital an extra day. I didn’t have any other symptoms so they let me go home after 24 hours. It will take some time for it to go back down but if you aren’t experiencing any other symptoms it’s pretty normal to stay high for a short time after birth.

I was diagnosed with light preeclampsia at 36+6. Gave birth 2 days later. It took a few days for my blood pressure to go down. I had to take medication at the hospital. But then it went a away. Never had blood pressure before or after that.
