This is my first pregnancy and I have had 2 pregnancy tests confirm we are pregnant. After 3 years of struggling to try and get pregnant it finally happened. I have had a bit of an upset stomach feels a little queezy but not so bad where I can’t do anything. Is this a sign of an ectopic pregnancy or is upset stomach a normal symptom
