Period or spotting

Hello can I get some help. I’m on the pill and I got my period, the day it was suppose to come but it was very light the whole time. I took 3 pregnancy test. One week after the period I took one and the second a week after that and the third a week after that. They all came out negative. Was the light bleeding my period? Also I don’t know why three negatives isn’t enough for me to be fine and know that I’m fine.
