Took a test

So I have 2 sons soon to be 6 year old & a 2 year old . Well since July 17TH I’ve been feeling very very nauseous and throwing up and had sore boobs and slight cramping didn’t think much of it since I had just finished getting over Covid I thought they were after symptoms , turns out other wise I took a test and it was bright red dye positive. . I’m nervous idk how I’m going to do it with 3 kids it seems hard my second child is off the walls. This wasn’t planned I actually took a plan b and it clearly failed me 🤷🏻‍♀️ my partner doesn’t seem to be supportive & idk why it happened what can we do , we obviously weren’t using safe sex. Now these are the consequences we have to deal with. Btw I have a full time job to support myself & babies.
