Is it too weird of a name ?

My husband and I don’t even know the gender of our baby yet (we find out in 2.5 weeks!!) but he’s convinced it’s a boy. When we were first discussing names I suggested one that I like, but he went 100% locked into it, which makes me hesitate. I feel like it’s too early to say it’s baby’s name yet, especially since baby could be a she!! 😂
Anyway, I’ve been thinking about it, and I think the only way I can imagine that name being locked in is as a duo with the middle name Fox. Now before you go thinking that’s an animal and I’m nuts, I know. But it was my dad’s nickname in school and I think it’d be really cute as a middle name. Is it too weird though? Am I dooming my future child to mockery and crazy animal sounds?

Would never use as a first name, but it’s been on my list of names for a middle name for a long time. Like the other person said, it depends on the first name.

What would the first name be? For a middle name I think it’s kind of cool and unique, plus middle names aren’t used all the time. But a hard no for a first name.

I was convinced I was having a boy when I fell pregnant and we already had a name decided. I called the baby by the name before getting the gender checked and my partner kept moaning at me lol.
Low and behold it was a boy 🎉
We are already choosing names for our second baby and our son is only 2 months old and we aren't trying for another 2 years 🤣

My husband and I found out the gender of our second baby in 2.5 weeks as well and cannot settle on a boys name but we have 3 girls names picked out 🙄😂 my friends names their son Wolf and I think its so unique and it fits him. I think Fox is a cool name definitely unique 😊

As a middle name I don’t think he will get made fun of since most people don’t know other peoples middle names, but If you guys both like it I don’t think it’ll be that bad. I don’t see it as a middle name but thats just me.
