Should I ttc??

So I had a miscarriage on Oct 4th with a blighted ovum at 10 weeks. I bled for a month and then on Nov 3rd I had my first AF cycle. I am now super fertile. Lots of ewcm and postive ovulation test for thr first time ever. BUT I have been spotting almost the entire time since the mc blood stopped. My cm is tinted pink and when checking my cervical positing I get miniscule amounts of blood on my fingers. I'm wondering if I should risk my uterus not being ready. Obviously my body thinks it's ready and I feel like I have to try again in order to cope with the loss. But so scared of it happening again. Anyone ever have a successful pregnancy so during first cycle. I also ovulated 2 weeks after mc so this I guess I would be my second cycle. Anyway any input would be great!
