Anyone else in the same boat?

So we had multiple sessions the 5-7 of June. And then I had light/medium bleeding for 2 days and spotting (26th-28th) for three days.... could it be possible that was implantation bleeding?... as I’m now on day 4 of being late... plus usually my periods are 4-5 days long. As I took a test on the 29th and it was negative. And now I’m thinking it was too early. I also have seen the obgyn a little after that as I needed to see one anyways, and the just checked my thyroid to be sure it wasn’t off because I’ve been really tired/fatigued. And due to when I tested and when I saw the doctor they didn’t do a pregnancy test. They just did routine check up, pap and stuff and everything’s fine. And when I talked to her about it they thought it could be due to my body still adjusting to getting my IUD out end of April but I’ve had a normal period in May. I honestly don’t know how long I should wait to test again l, if I should wait a week or just give it a couple more days and then test again?....
