Terrified of Miscarriage

This is my second pregnancy, I am 10wks3days and I am so scared of losing the baby. I didn't have these fears with my first but this one I feel like: how could I be so lucky a second time to have another healthy pregnancy. Does anyone else feel like this? It's not even like my anxieties will decrease after 12wks, there is a whole 9 months I have left to worry. ;'(
