Blood work 16 weeks. Possible TW

Hi guys, so I have not had any blood work done at all, they told me my last visit I will be getting it today at 13weeks. Today when I asked about it they told me they’ll do it my next visit 16weeks 1day. I asked again and apparently they forgot, but can’t fit me in until 16 weeks for blood work and they’ll do a Pap , I even offered to go to a lab to get it done for them. I am worried not knowing what’s going on. All I’ve had is an ultrasound for measurements and blood pressure check in two visits, nothing else. I live in a veryyy small town not many options, my doc is 1 hour away and no other office is able to see me before 3 weeks. So I’m worried, because if I have any deficiencies or anything won’t it be too late to fix ? Or will it be ok since things looked ok on the ultrasound. Also they kno this is the furthest I’ve made it with pregnancy so I have a history
