LGA Baby??

I went in my appointment today. I’m currently 25 weeks and 1 day. When She measured my belly (fundamental height) she said I am measuring 27 weeks (2 weeks ahead) she ordered a growth scan. I have my glucose test in 3 weeks and my ultrasound. I know when I was 20 weeks babygirl weighed 1 pound .. what should I expect? Is it possible for her to come early when I’m around 30-36 weeks.? Since she is measuring 2 weeks ahead .. also, will they have to schedule a c section or induce labor?
