Paranoid ?

My last period was June 8th and according to that , I should be about 6 weeks along. For the past week I’ve been feeling thumps in my stomach. This is my second pregnancy and I remember what it feels like. I’ve had twinges before but this thumping feeling is different , it definitely feels like little early kicks. With my first pregnancy I felt it first at 12 weeks. I have an appointment on Saturday but I’m freaking out and I don’t think I can’t wait. I have a gut feeling that I’m further along than I think.
