Large lump in uterus area!

Hi guys! I’m 10 weeks pregnant, I have a large Subchorionic hemorrhage and have been bleeding all day every day but every time I go to the dr baby checks out just fine! Anyways! These past couple of days I have been feeling a large lump come and go on the left side near my ovary area and it didn’t hurt but it’s uncomfortable...itsthere for about 10 minutes and then goes away and then comes back like an hour later? Anyone ever experience anything like this??
