Implants and breastfeeding.

I posted this on my due month board and didn't get any replies, so I'm trying here. Hopefully someone will have some insight. I got implants about 7 years ago, I thought that I was done having children. I plan to breastfeed. I'm wondering how well or poorly this has worked for other moms. My ob said his concern would be how much damage they did to my milk ducts during the surgery. Please advise! Thank you!!
