First IUI - few questions

Jill • Sun, Nov 15 • Happily married, had my first son 12/31/16 (conceived via IVF), ready to expand my family!

I just did my first and second IUI yesterday and Friday CD 14 & 15. Today I am CD 16 I have a few questions post IUI. Is it ok to have sex tonight? I have egg white mucus today with a little brown discharge, does that mean anything? I am trying not over think anything and just relax. Do most people do progesterone suppositories following IUI?
