Should i worry about no movements at 21 weeks?

Have been feeling movements since 17 weeks and had nothing over the last 36 hours

28+ weeks is when you should be tracking more consistent movements. There is still lots of room in there for baby !

Try relaxing with a nice cold cup of apple juice or very cold water and lay in a dark room, again key dont stress. 
Baby is still small so you might be missing movements.

I read on the bump app a doc said to drink a big glass of cold water and lay down for a while and see if there is any movement then.

I talked to my doctor about this recently. I’m 22 weeks and have felt the baby since about 18wks. Some days I feel him like crazy and others barley anything (sometimes nothing I can pinpoint to 100% baby movements) so I was worried. She told me at this stage baby could move and since he’s still small it wouldn’t be as noticeable to feel movements 
But I would call just to be sure. It won’t hurt to get an doctors opinion.
