Hi guys,

So i am roughly 7 weeks and 5 days pregnant, my first ultrasound is scheduled for tomorrow. The first 5-6.5 weeks i experienced heavy nausea and breast soreness. My nausea the past few days has not completely gone away but it has decreased significantly and so has my breast soreness. I’m still extremely exhausted though so that has not changed. What worries me is that at around 5 weeks I got a UTI that developed into a high fever that lasted two days. I was on antibiotics for 10 to get rid of the infection. I also have noticed random fluid and discharge over the past few days that happens spontaneously. My question is has anyone else had their symptoms just decrease drastically during their first trimester? I know they come and go but I can’t help but worry.
