Steroids for FET

So I just got back home 🏡 from my hysteroscopy, and I’m feeling pretty good!! Mild cramping and tiredness is all I’m feeling as of now.

The doc spoke to me before I left about the procedure and results. It turns out she found residual tissue on my wall that shows the previous embryo was trying to fully implant. She also saw the placenta. So weird/cool at the same time.

Because of this finding, she’s going to alter the medication plan for my real transfer cycle to include blood thinner and steroids.

Does anybody have experience with the steroids? Why is it used? I didn’t really fully understand
