Implantation???

Warning: TMI!!!
I am 7 DPO, 4 days late. Little Cramping, dizziness and sore boobs. It’s very light and has stopped now but this morning-this happened. Implantation???

This appears to be old blood, but if you’re 7DPO, you wouldn’t be 4 days late. That would mean your Luteal phase is only 3 days long which is extremely abnormal. A typical Luteal phase is between 11 and 21 days long. Spotting or bleeding mid-cycle can occur due to a variety of reasons..it’s not and can’t be chalked up to just one possibility.
