Am I pregnant?

Friday morning I got my first postive pregnancy test Saturday morning I started bleeding pretty heavily but I was still tested postive that morning i took another test around noon and it said negative I went to the ER and gave me a urinalysis and they said it came back negative and told me I was just having an early period and then this morning I took another pregnancy test curious as to what it would say and it came up postive! I am still bleeding heavily I'm insure about what is going on
