On my second cycle of ttc I have done it. I had a positive opk on cycle day 18 and my positive very very faint positive pregnancy test 11dpo with it confirmed with a clear positive and a clear blue digital test plus conception indicator which showed 1-2 weeks on 13dpo.
We concieved by having sex everyday and I was taking baby aspirin due to lupus raising the risk of early miscarriage.
