Braxton Hicks?

I am having some serious what I think are Braxton Hicks contractions... my stomach is tightening so so much I feel like I can’t breathe and I get acid reflux every time it happens and I also have this radiating soreness in my lower back it just feels like a radiating throbbing feeling hard to explain.... should I be concerned? 36+2 weeks !

I’m 35+6 and have been getting the same thing for days. Takes my breath away! Sometimes 10 min apart for a couple hours. I’m pretty sure it’s normal, your body preparing for labor, as long as they don’t get closer together or intensify. Mine will be consistent for hours and then go away.

I had this the other day I was worried it would turn into labor but it went away the next day

I just made a post about this last night too! Mine ended up finally going away. It took about three hours! I just had to try and relax, time it out, and move positions. It was so intense, I thought I was in labor? LOL!
