Opinions?

I’ve been dating this guy for a year now and he has never posted about me on social media what so ever.

I have respected this obviously because I know people like their private life and don’t need social media to prove anything to anyone else, I get that.

But over the past couple of days I’ve been noticing he comments on his girl best friends pictures like “You have such beautiful hair and I miss you 😍”

But not once has he ever commented on anything I’ve posted. Not once.

Definitely not jealous of his best friend what so ever it’s just the fact that he can acknowledge someone else and not his own girlfriend.

I then brought it up asking why he won’t show me off and he said that it’s just not him to do that.

I just feel like if you really loved someone and all they are doing is asking to simply post a cute picture just acknowledging you are in a relationship I don’t know why that’s so hard.

It just makes me feel like he’s hiding this whole other life he has to the world or that he’s embarrassed of me.

A part of me also feels that he has girls on his social media that he doesn’t want to know that he’s in a relationship.

Am I overreacting?
