Labiaplasty Vaginal plastic surgery hpv

Has anyone had surgery done to labia?( Labia minora, majora) vulva or vagina, I got my HPV vaccine years prior to sex but I have these painful bumpy grainy on the labia skin flap and I want it gone it happened a year after no sex and have been abstinent but of course I am scared a knife down there so I'm looking for women who have had wart removal or vagplasty surgery so I know what to expect
