Weight loss journey !
Hey all! I am 19 and have always had troubles managing my weight since the time I was 4. At that age I was told I was around 50 pounds! Now I weight 321. I had my baby girl In February and gained 48 pounds while pregnant. I feel horrible about myself and want to try something new. I am going to try fasting for a month and see how well it works for me. Can anyone give me some healthy meals that they use? And the ingredients for it. I don’t eat sea food or fish! Everything is on the table. I am going to try to cut out dairy as well and eat as much meat as possible!
