The best pill for acne

Have any of you used the pill for acne?

I was on the nuvaring for only like 3 days and just took it out because it was making my vagina burn like a lot and I just couldn’t stand having it in me anymore.

I can’t use IUDs because my body rejected them every time I’ve had one.

I’m not interested in anything else other than the pill

My main goals are to help with my acne and prevent pregnancy (I had an abortion in May)

What combo pill worked good for you guys?

And how effective is the pill?

I really don’t want another unplanned pregnancy
