Sleep help

For the past 2 nights, Damian is soo restless! He sleeps till around midnight but then after that it's like he cant get comfy. We co sleep (not by choice) and he will lie in one position for a few minutes then start crying. It goes on like that for the rest of the night. We're exhausted.

Its currently 2am and we're watching cartoons to keep him calm. We gave him pain meds, teething gel, he doesn't have a temp, he didn't want a formula bottle or juice. I had him upright and he still did it so I don't think its reflux..

What am I missing???

So tired.
