What is this on baby’s foot?

I just saw this on my sons foot I don’t know what it is, maybe a splinter but it’s like a hole you can see the layers of skin that is round.

To me almost looks like a planters wort or a bug bite of some sort. I would keep checking on it and make sure it doesn't grow, hurt, get warm, or get red. That would be a big splinter unless it is getting infected.

It’s a veruca, at least that’s what it’s called in the UK. You can get over the counter creams for them, and he should be wearing socks all the time, except for bathing, until it’s gone

It’s a planters wart! They sell a cream over the counter that you can get... usually it’s easiest to put it on at bedtime and cover it with a little piece of duct tape. It deprives the fungus of oxygen and goes away tons more quickly in my experience (I used to swim a lot and got these from the showers and locker rooms often).
