Is the ovidrel shot gone now? I'm 8dpt, 7dpo. I was being really good and didn't test the trigger until today. the IUI was canceled due to low sperm count.

Based on the timing it’s most likely your trigger. 7DPO is typically way too early to get a positive. I’m also 8 days past triggering and this was my test this morning. It usually doesn’t test out completely for me until around 12DPO.

I can see the faintest line but it’s practically gone!

I’m 10 dpt and still have a very very faint trigger line. That is certainly trigger at 7 DPO. You can still keep testing to test your trigger out. If the line starts getting darker you’ll know it’s a true positive, but that wouldn’t be  until around 9-10 DPO at the earliest.
