I need help with my weight.
So I’ve always weighed 120-125 never had a double chin and I use to think I was fat 😒 i know weigh 155 from all the birth control I use to be on and everything and became a lot less active, like always running or shoot baskets. I’ve became lazy my BIGGEST ISSUE is FOOD junk food and soda to be exact.. it’s sooo hard for me growing up my dad was super skinny then became very overweight and ever since I was little junk food is all we had it the house. I’m talking snacks on snacks. And I use to hide junk food in my room or sneak taking it to school. I want to quit my habits, but I think I fear change for some reason, to look better, to feel better, to be better. Every time I would do good then give in and binge eat everything, when I get sad or upset or if I have cravings for it. It’s hard to stop the cravings because that’s all I ever knew how can I do this on my own any advise please?
