CONSTANT upper back pain.

J

32 weeks pregnant tomorrow. Second pregnancy.

I already had large breasts, and the one breast has BLOWN up since getting pregnant. It’s probably at this point 3-4 times larger than my other breast and it’s HEAVY. The one got bigger my first pregnancy but not THIS big. Ugh. I’m going to get a reduction after this baby is born.

My belly is also significantly larger than my first pregnancy (kind of expected it)

Anyways. For the last two weeks my back has been in constant pain. My upper/mid back. I think it’s due to the enlarged breast/larger belly. I use my heating pad daily, I take Tylenol, I’ve used tea tree oil, and epsom salt baths. I sleep on my side with a body pillow, supporting my belly and between my legs. My next appt isn’t until August 18 when I can talk to my dr about it.

I’m feeling like a TERRIBLE mother to my 17 month old. I end up laying on the couch most of the day, on my side with a pillow between my legs, only sort of relief I can get. I’m sick of not being able to get up and play with her. She deserves better.

Does anyone have any other suggestions to help relieve it??
