My daughter has suddenly stopped napping this week. I’ll still go through the same routine etc and she just won’t go to sleep. She can put herself to sleep fine and had already cut her third nap, unless she finished her second nap far to early. At the moment I’m lucky to get one 30min nap out of her all day. It’s the fourth day of this now. She’s also waking up more at night, and waking up early (probably because she hasn’t napped).

Does anyone have any advice? Has this happened to you and does it end?

She’s supposed to be between leaps (5 and 6), and supposedly already learned object permanence. She isn’t teething... I’m at a loss.
