Just needing some advice

I have been trying since March.. I have been pregnant before when I was young around 19 and miscarried. The first time me and my now husband had sex :) so I naturally thought I would have no problem, but now I’m starting to get so frustrated. I’ve tracked, I’ve used pre seed, I went to the doctor all my levels are normal everything looked great. Asked if I was possibly getting yeast infections and if I could get on clindomycin, I just feel helpless. Someone give me some tips 😕😕
