Teething and waking multiple times at night

My 9 month old 8 month adjusted, two bottom teeth just started to pop through last week and it’s been terrible. She’ll barely drink her formula, but will eat like she has an endless pit. She’s almost weaning herself off if formula. She whines like no other, I’m not sure if it’s for attention or bc she’s in pain. But she whines ALL THE TIME. Night is the worst change abd im losing my mind over no sleep again. She was sleeping through the night 6-8months. Then started waking once a night, then twice a night, now that her teeth are cutting through she wakes up every hour or every other hour. I can’t just caress her to go back asleep, no she wants picked up and the only way I can get her back to sleep is a 10-20 mins rock in the glider. I’ve tried Tylenol and Motrin but she still wakes up. The doctor said not to use those 2 days in a row so I’m not sure what I can do. I’m hoping it will pass but I’m not sure. I just can’t do this permanently as I’m exhausted.
