Capping naps?
Do you cap naps? My baby will often take a really long morning nap if I let him (over 1 hr 30 min) and he’s only able to stay awake about 3 hours before he needs another... he wakes before 6 and takes his first nap just after 8:15-8:30. Usually I wake him at 1.5 hours, but should I? Or at 2 hours? He still usually needs 3 naps to make it to bedtime so sometimes ends up with a late one which I also cap so he’s awake by 4 or 4:30 so he can go to bed at 6:30 and he usually falls asleep well then.
