Can I get prego off of the sugar pills?

My period is not align with the birth control pills. So for my period week I'm still taking the real pills and by the time my period is done it's time for the sugar pills week.

First off, stop taking the pill until you've had your next period, then resume after your next period to sync everything back up. Obviously be extremely careful while you're off the pill.

Also, make sure you're starting with a fresh pack.

Sounds like you're on the wrong birth control. If you are around other women a lot hormones sync up and sometimes your BC won't be strong enough to fight off your period. Go to your doctor and she should prescribe a different BC - probably a stronger one.

Or just sync your BC pack to your period cycle now!
