Positive Screen for Down Syndrome

I received a call last week that my bloodwork (13w) came back with a positive screen result for Down Syndrome. It looks like my NT Ultrasound component showed normal measurements. I've since gone for a NIPT (non-invasive) test and am stressing out waiting for the results. I'm 34, so I get that I'm in a higher risk category already. This is baby #3 for me, both my reviews pregnancies had normal ultrasounds and bloodwork as it relates to Down Syndrome and were both born healthy.

Has anyone else been given the same news and done the NIPT test? Can you share any insight with me, how did you get through the stress of waiting to find out the results?
