Step-mother trying to evict me ?

So I moved in with my dad and his wife about 10months ago . She’s never liked me and last night she told my dad she was going to evict me , and even go the legal way with it . My dad and her are both on the lease , I am not I just live here as my father is letting me . My dad told her she can’t evict me , he won’t let her . But can she actually evict me ?

If she’s on the lease then yes she can evict you. I suggest looking for a better option for a place to live.

She sounds cold and manipulative, and yet this also depends on the history between you and her as well, especially if there is bad blood bewteen the two of you!  If there isnt any and she simply doesnt like you because she has a controlling peronailty I would be very careful with her , with your dad. Check up occasionally if you have to move out.

Hello, sounds stressful. How old are you? Would it be possible to have a family meeting with all of you together calmly? I am not sure of the legal way to evict depends on the state and even county sometimes.
My personal experience with my mom's husband (I don't call him step they were married when I was an full adult.) We do not like eachother. He has made her choose previously him or I. It was incredibly sad for her. We are in the believe that the only person that comes before your spouse is God himself. So you can imagine it had made for some sad years. Still is. 
I hope you can all find more peace and maybe you leaving would be the best for your dad and your relationship not putting him in between you and his wife. I am so sorry.

As someone who got kicked out of her childhood home by their step mom two weeks before I graduated high school and my dad let it happen. I am very glad to see that he is trying to stop it. I wish my dad had done that. 
Unfortunately if she is on the lease she can as long as she gives 30 day notice.
