Umm I need help !!

My friend had this vibrating dildo and she has used it more than once and one time she claimed she was bleeding after using it but it wasn’t a lot it was like a light pink but this was a month ago and she hasn’t used in a while then just a few days ago she claimed after using it she was bleeding but this time it was a lot ! Do you know if this is normal ? Or was it like a rip? I’m trying to help her find out what’s wrong but you know google comes up with crazy scenarios.
