What do Braxton Hicks feel like?

I had a cramp in my stomach today. It actually happened few times.  It hurt very bad it was hard to walk. Was this a Braxton hick or maybe the baby moving could cause pain? Is that a thing? Because I was also feeling movement down there. I’m 28 weeks pregnant.

When I was pregnant with my son it used to feel like all of my lower belly would go tighter and tighter over 10 seconds or so then taper off again. The really strong ones used to take my breath away sometimes but never really hurt.

It could be! When I asked my nurse about it at an appointment, she said it was like a tightening feeling that can sometimes feel like period cramps. But she also said that they can be hard to describe

For me it’s my stomach randomly getting hard as a rock and some lower back pain. For me it lasts about 15 minutes and won’t come back until the night or the next day

Sometimes mine make me stop for a second. Just like 10-15 of tightening then it goes away.
