NT scan negative, positive blood test but negative NIPT

Hi guys. I did my NIPT testing when I was 10 weeks. Got my results - low risk for everything and found out the gender. I then did the combined NT screening test - NT scan was negative (1.4 mm and nasal bone present) but my blood test came out positive (1 in 55)! Seems like my hcg is high 3.85 MoM and papp-a on the lower side 0.86 MoM. I’m so confused and so anxious! Which test is accurate?!

Has anyone had something like this? Did your baby have a chromosome abnormality? Or did you have an amnio?

Please help!
