Confused? Implantation bleeding? Miscarriage?

So I’m currently on CD 38 of a normally 28-30 day cycle. I’ve been getting super super vvvvvfl and they weren’t getting darker, no clear BFP.. now, yesterday I started bleeding, but it was very scant and only when I wiped.. this morning I had a small small amount of blood in my underwear, I took another test, and it came back positive, still light but significantly darker than any other tests.. I’m still bleeding a small amount, and only when I wipe. My boobs are sore, my tummy is queasy, I was having cramps earlier for about an hour. The only thing I have going on now is this bleeding. It’s so little, it’s not my period.. what do you think is going on? I’m so confused.. I have an appointment tomorrow and hoping to get some answers..
