I’m almost 8 weeks pregnant, my doctors appointment isn’t until the 17th. So far I’ve had fairly normal symptoms, nothing extreme - nausea, some days are worse than others with vomiting, light cramping. I just went to the bathroom and wiped, and saw this. I’m terrified I’m miscarrying. Is this normal? What should I do?

Edit: it’s now brown light spotting. It’s only been maybe 20 minutes since I went to the bathroom. I spoke with the nurse, as there weren’t any other symptoms they suggested just waiting it out, as there’s nothing to be done anyway. I was able to make an appointment for tomorrow morning. Fingers crossed everything is okay, but I’m so so terrified I’m losing the baby.
