I'm waiting on my new insurance to kick in so I currently dont have any. 
I am six weeks pregnant and need to make an appt soon to confirm pregnancy and get OB picked out. 
How is this going to work if my insurance doesnt kick in anytime soon?

Make the appointment once your insurance kicks in. Otherwise you pay out of pocket. They typically won’t do an ultrasound until at least 8 weeks anyways.

You don't really need to go confirm your pregnancy. Typically, insurance kicks in at the start of the month, so even if you don't go until early September, it should be ok

Some doctors have been pushing appointments to 10-12 weeks. I would suggest you start taking prenatal vitamins and relax on the meantime. When does your insurance kick in ?
