Cd15 first round

Hello I need some help! On cd12 I had a sonogram showing only 2 follicles, one 15mm and the other one 12mm, I am cd 15 today and the picture from the top is fmu and bottom is from the evening, do you think i will get a positive tomorrow? Doctor said that if cd 16 I didn't have a positive he wants to make another sonogram but I don't want to spend the extra money, what do you think? Hoping and praying it is positive tomorrow! This is my first round on Clomid and I am so hoping it works this first time!
